On Saturday I went to log on and found my Chars were gone. Alaynia a 58th level epic'ed ranger and Lotuus a 24th level Necro. I petitioned and due to two bazaar crashes and one Prexus crash it was Sunday before I was finally able to talk to a GM. He sent me a tell and told me that he was looking into my petition. He then sent a tell saying "Well, I can tell you this, you will definatley get your characters back." Then he sent a tell saying "But there was malicious activity on your account I need to go AFK and look into this matter further." So I waited and then when he came back he sent a tell "Do you mind if I summon you to me so that we can all talk?" I said no, and then sat there with my eyes closed scared of who I would see there once I zoned in..

I zoned into the Qeynos Sewers and saw Tavardar standing there with the GM Grog. The GM then asked in say, "I need to know how you two are related as far as what relationship you have, Alaynia you go first." So I replied with "Well we met in game and have somewhat pursued a RL relationship." He then asked Tavardar the same thing, to which Tavardar agreed with what I said. The GM then said in say, "Ok Tavardar, you mind telling me why Alaynia was logged on and all of her items dropped to the ground, then logged off and deleted, and moments later Amluriel (his alt) logged on and picked all those items up?" Tavardar sent me a tell saying "What the fuck you tell them?" (I didnt answer because I had not told them anything.) Tav then replied in say, "There is no way it could have been me, I was on the phone with Alaynia that night." (Which he did call me that night about an hour and a half after I camped for the night) The GM then said "Well Alaynia is consistantly logged on from two IP addresses (I have two computers) and when the destruction took place it was from your IP address, care to explain that?" And once again Tavardar denied this saying, "I havent logged Amluriel on , since I stripped her because I dont play her anymore." The GM then said to me, "Alaynia I need to send you back to your bind point so that I can talk to Tavardar alone, where are you bound?" So I told him and was TP back to PoK, where I went LD upon zoning.. I logged back on and the GM and Tavardar were both gone.

Then my phone started ringing, I hung up on him a few times and then finally answered, at first he was desperate saying that there was no way he could have done this because he was on the phone with me. (Well on that note.. there was a 13 hour time frame from when I camped and when I tried to log on and found my chars gone, so it means nothing that he called me the night I camped. Plus he called me on a cell phone anyways.) But when I kept screaming at him to just admit what he had done, and telling him that IP addresses dont lie, and there is no way I could possibly fake SONYS log files. He became enraged and started calling me a Fucking Bitch and a Fucking Whore and I hate you, etc.. I only said, "You brought this on yourself, I have done nothing wrong, I never even mentioned you to ANYONE, they found this out by THEIR records and you know it". I then said "I hope you get banned for it". To which he informed me "I DID FUCKING GET BANNED AND ITS ALL YOUR FAULT YOU FUCKING BITCH!" And then he hung up on me.

I then came back to the PC where I was in tell hell because I was back on line.. and another GM contacted me saying that my petition was still on the queue and he saw that it had been resolved, and did I have any more questions. So I said yes and I have screen shot's of this conversation with the GM. Which I intend to post. I do not know for sure what his punishement was, Sony would only tell me that the appropriate action had been taken against the other account. But I do know this.. If he is allowed to return to EQ then I WILL NOT allow him to imply to ANYONE that I could have somehow set him up. IP addresses and SONY's log files do not lie. I never once mentioned him in any of my petitions or tells with GM' or Guides, and even if I would have Sony would not take action without satisfactoy PROOF that he had in fact been responsible. But the sad part was that I didnt wanna believe that he could do this, because I really did care for him.. And I soooo did not want it to be him, because that would be unforgivable and a show of his true feelings for me. So NO I never said anything, his actions are what got him hung. All I did wrong was be stupid enough to care for him, and trust him.

Due to the fact that he is a Raid Officer in Ring of Honour he should of upheld his conduct to a higher standard, and irregardless of how he felt for me it is disgusting that he maliciously, and greedily stripped and deleted my Chars and then wasnt even man enough to admit what he did. I hope that if in the event he is allowed to return to Prexus as Tavardar, Jarlaxtle, or Iily that RoH takes his conduct into consideration and does not keep him in his current guild status, it would reflect very poorly upon them in my opinion and anyone who chooses to support his actions.
One final note- I just spoke with him before this was sent out and posted giving him one last chance to come clean before I posted. He once again denied it and informed me had wrote letters to Sony and his argument is that because we had shared passwords in the past that he had consentual access to my account. I said to him, "but that does not explain how my chars got stripped and deleted from your IP address". And his responce was that this is irrelavant at this point. WELL I DONT FIND IT IRRELAVANT. I said to him, "you are not even sorry for what you did", he replied, "I have nothing to be sorry for"... I disagree he is sorry, sorry that he got caught red handed..
